Refund Policy

Effective 10 October 2026. Heat Check sells two digital products: the Date Night Pass (4 hours of paid access) and Pro Lifetime (a one-time purchase). Current prices are shown in the app before you pay. Both are flirty party games for couples, 18+, delivered instantly to your account.

When you get a full refund

• You were charged but didn't get access. If your payment went through and your account didn't unlock within 24 hours, we'll unlock it or refund you in full.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase. We refund the duplicate in full.
• Pro Lifetime, within 7 days. Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. Paid access on the account ends when the refund is issued.

When refunds aren't available

• Date Night Pass after it starts. A pass starts the moment payment is confirmed and lasts 4 hours, so it can't be refunded once it has begun, except for the technical problems above.
• Lifetime after 7 days, except for the technical problems above.

How to ask

Contact our support email (being set up, check back soon) from the email on your Heat Check account, with your payment ID. You'll find it (last 6 characters) in Profile, Purchase history, and on your receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show them.

Restoring a purchase

A new phone or cleared browser doesn't need a refund: sign in with the same email and your access comes back.
