Terms of Use

Effective 10 October 2026. By opening or playing Heat Check (flirty party games for couples, 18+) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Heat Check or create an account, and of legal drinking age where you are if you play in drinks mode. Every person playing must also meet these requirements.

2. Consent is the first rule

Heat Check includes cards involving flirting, kissing and touching. Everyone playing must be a willing participant. Anyone can pass on any card or stop the game at any time, for any reason, with no penalty and no questions asked. A pass is always free. Never pressure, shame or touch anyone who hasn't clearly agreed, and stop immediately if someone wants to stop. Consent given for one card doesn't carry over to the next.

3. Drinking

Drinking is entirely optional. Water mode and dares-only mode are always available. Know your limits, never encourage anyone to drink more than they want, never play drinking mode with anyone underage, and never drive after drinking.

4. Play safely

Cards are written to be suggestive, not explicit, and to keep clothes on. Use common sense: play somewhere private and safe, respect boundaries, and skip anything that doesn't suit your group, your health or your relationship.

5. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you create one, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for abuse.

6. Free and paid features

Every game at heat levels 1 (Flirty) and 2 (Spicy), for up to 4 players, is free. Signed-in accounts also get one free level 3 (Hot) card per game. Paid access, available only to signed-in accounts, adds level 3 on every game, unlimited players, saved player names, and extra themes and sound packs. Two products are offered:

• Date Night Pass: paid access for 4 hours, starting when your payment is confirmed. Buying another pass while one is active adds 4 hours.
• Pro Lifetime: a one-time payment for paid access with no expiry, for as long as Heat Check is offered.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) before you pay and are charged by Razorpay. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Access is linked to your account and can be restored on any device by signing in with the same email. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own actions and choices while playing. Heat Check is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Heat Check and its operator are not liable for any injury, harm, loss, damage or dispute arising from playing or from anything players choose to do. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Heat Check to harass, embarrass or coerce anyone, to record people without their permission, or in public places where others haven't chosen to take part. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or break into the site, or to get paid content without paying.

9. Ownership

The game, its design, code and card content belong to Heat Check. You may play it freely for personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell the cards or the game without permission.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop features or these terms. If we ever stop offering Heat Check entirely, we'll give notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
